We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 11 a.m.* will be shipped the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

*Does not apply during (school) holidays and public holidays.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The Dutch shipping costs are €7.50 for orders up to 10 KG (excluding the Wadden Islands). For shipments abroad, the shipping costs are automatically calculated during the ordering process.

Delivery is via the PostNL parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

3D Modelleur VDEIJK is an on-line store and orders are placed via our website. Of course we have a physical address, but no shop. You can therefore not visit this address without an appointment. However, you can pick up your orders by appointment or come by for a consultation.
