Order procedure
At 3D Modelleur VDEIJK  the ordering process is clear and very simple.

Step 1:
To purchase a product, enter the desired quantity and click on "in winkelwagen".
If desired, add more items to the shopping cart. Go to the shopping cart to view and/or change the contents.

Step 2:
If your shopping cart is filled to your liking, click on "bestelling afronden".
Calculate the shipping costs by entering your zip code and clicking "update total". Then choose one of the two options:
1. "Afrekenen als gast" - without the need to create an account. Now enter your name and address details and choose "volgende stap"  and again   "volgende stap".
2. "Registreren" - you create an account through which your details are automatically filled in for your next order.
If you already have an account, log in and start at step 1.
Choose a payment method .

Step 3: Check your order and address details and agree to our terms and conditions. Click on "plaats bestelling".

Confirmation of your order:
After placing an order via the website you will receive an e-mail "order confirmation", this means that we have received your order.

Order sent:
After your order has been shipped by us you will receive an e-mail "bestelling verzonden". “You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.”

Tracking your order:
You will receive a shipping notification as soon as we have shipped your order. Here you will find a number with which you can check the shipping status via PostNL's "Track & Trace".

Delivery times:

3D Modelleur VDEIJK strives to have your order (when in stock) delivered to you within 1 working day. If you pay in advance, this will of course only take effect after we have received your payment. Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3 working days.

Pick up order and visit:
3D Modelleur VDEIJK is an on-line store and orders are placed due our website. Of course we have a physical address, but no shop. You can therefore not visit this address without an appointment. However, you can pick up your orders by appointment or come by for a consultation.
